Hand wash or machine wash on cold & hang dry in a cool place. Do not use tumble dryer or any type of heat drying or the garment will have shrinkage.

At WHATS MINE IS YOURS, orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed, with domestic shipping taking an additional 5–14 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is dispatched,

you will receive an email confirming it has been sent and is on its way. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection, excluding shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

Exchanges depend on stock availability, with store credit or a refund offered if the desired item is unavailable—email Whatsmiy@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description, and photos of defective or incorrect items.
